Uh, the reason you're still up may be that you're on the computer. Try to log off an hour or two before you go to bed. Also try warm milk or chamomile tea, a warm bath or shower and make your room dark. Try to think about all the blessings in your life or read the bible before trying to sleep. Hope that helps.

Just get to bed, close your eyes and focus on some object or spot may on the wall. And concentrate fully on the imagined item and you should get to sleep in less than a minute. This has been tried and tested. Let me know how it worked out when you wake up! good nite, or do you need company?

you can count sheeps or you can take temazepam or dont drink coffee or tea before going sleep.
I allways choose temazepam, but you can not use it very often as you wont be able to live with out it. These medicine is being prescribe for me by the local doctor

That would not be prudent. Your alarm clock is going to go off at five A.M You need to be at work by 6:30. Go to bed earlier tomorrow.

turn off the computer,go lay in bed and eventually you will fall asleep.Read a boring book or watch a show that you arent' interested in on television.Count sheep.

why is this question in fish??? did you wake up because you had a horrible night mare that your goldfish attacked you bc it was on steroids? put it in the farthest room from your room and go back to sleep
