Lots of South Africans are on here. We have formed a good relationship over the months and support each other daily.
I'm a South African living in Seoul, Korea. I'm actually from the Boland in the Western Cape.
We all hang out in the South African category under "Travel". Hope you come and take a look. And meet some new friends, like Diesel, Kim. Reggae Lover, confused, Versace, Dragongirl and lots more.

I have a dauhgter who lives in El Paso, Texas and wants to be an Exchange student for a semester in Johannesburg. Is this city safe ? Are there many contagious deaseas? Are people nice with foreigners ?

im from SA, missing it every day. im in UK at moment, loving it here looking forward to going back home soon.
as confused says, just ignore manto, hes always off on that tangent, but to no avail, he doesnt know SA - only what he reads on his site. he doesnt understand we love and our proud of where we come from and are saddened by the problems that exist in our country, and are the ones better equipped to comment and deal with them.
