there are many types of mascara available in moisture rich formulas for delicate lashes. browse through a drug store to find such options. avoid curlers for eye lashes--they are really damaging if used frequently. always remove makeup at nite with a gentle remover or soap. also, adding a thin line of eye pencil on the upper eyelid is a great mascara alternative with zero damage to lashes.

Instead of not using mascara at all, save it for special occasions!
If you want your lashes to look great, invest in an eyelash curler. It makes your eyelashes curly and long without mascara.
Or better yet, get an eyelash tint once a month. They will look full and you won't need to use mascara ever again!
And if you're going to use mascara, opt for a Non-Waterproof one. Waterproof mascara's are too thick and hard to remove for daily use - thus breaking lashes!
Try castor oil on an old (clean) mascara brush every night before bed to strengthen lashes. Or use the white end of a 2-ended mascara (the primer) before bed each night. It's full of vitamins to make your lashes strong.

You won't have 0 lashes by using mascara and removing it with baby oil and a cotton ball before you go to bed EVERY night. I have long curly lashes too and use maybelline mascara and do that procedure before i go to sleep since I started wearing make-up. So don't worry, just use it.
However, if you still have doubts then just use eye liner to create a thicker, more dramatic illusion. Also eyeshadow. If you have brown eyes you can wear any color. And if you have blue/green/hazel eyes you might want to experiment a couple times first because not every thing will go.

You need to remove your mascara before bed and you need to curl eyelashes before mascara and don't let your mascara dry between each coat to prevent breaking.
Tips:
How to Create a Day Look: Smooth a medium eye shadow in your eye lid from lash line up to eye crease. Blend a deeper shade into crease and slightly above it.
How to Create an Evening Look: Line eyes close to lash line with a Perfect Blend Pencil in a dark, dramatic shade. Sweep a light eye shadow from base of lashes to brow bone. Apply a deeper shade in eye creases and blend.

Well you can use smokey eye shadows and a little glimmer. I had to change mascaras because I was having the same problem. I switched to Maybelline Soft & Healthy mascara. It is not as waterproof as other mascaras and consequently washes out easily at night. My lashes have all grown back.

Just curl your eyelashes - it makes a difference even without mascara. Use some eyeliner above your upper lashes and brush on a shimmery eye shadow. Make sure your eyebrows are well groomed, too - it makes a huge difference. Good luck!

Always toss any tube of mascara that is five or six months old. They grow bacteria.
Eye makeup without masacara: thin eyeliner, some highlights in a blended shade that compliments your eye color, and use clear mascara to make your lashes curl.

Just use white eyeliner on the skin above the bottom lashes, this makes your eyes pop and look bigger. If you already have long and curly lashes, then let them be natural and enhance your eyes themselves.

Curl your lashes, apply a shimmer eyeshadow like Revlon Illumanance Creme Shadow, its a gel/cream eyeshadow thats super blendable and comes with alot of colors to choose from so find your perfect match, its like 1.99 at big lots but ive even seen some for like 10 bucks. Also, you dont have to use liner, but if you do use white to make eyes appear bigger. Dont apply it on the inner rim of the eye (as you probably already know, but still just a reminder) Unless you have baggy or dark circles, and if you do apply it to the inner rim, make sure its not alot, otherwise you just contaminate your eye and liner. Im sure you have gorgeous eyes, and im positive your beautiful. after all, true beauty is inner beauty...gosh thats sound corny lol, but its true, so you know.

Ok, so you should curl your lashes and then draw eyeliner right into your lash lines. It makes them appear thicker and it is a really pretty look. And people cant even see the liner so it looks totally natural! =)
