AMD turion x2 or intel duo?

they are both 1.6ghz. which one is better? it's for laptop. thanks.

intel duo is only 32 bits. AMD is 64...........

I'm an AMD man through and through, however, in a recent benchmark of comparible chips, the Intel Duo kicked the AMD x2's ***.

AMD in my book is a better chip. I use and amd 2.4
