I am guessing it is because of human nature. We always want things we cannot have, and maybe because he is a good father/husband that you think you fall in love with him. Maybe you are just a wannabe home wrecker. I dunno you pick which answer fits your problem.

We do not fall in love lightly; those that do, are not in love really. The man must have been somewhat available. We have basic needs as a species, survival being the main one. If you choose to have kids or not the genes are present in you to want to reproduce. Since it is easier to raise and care for young with the aid of a partner that will stay we seek one out. A long time married man is a perfect example of a partner that stayed and the other person the man is with spent years proving that he is loyal.
Simply put: We seek a trust worthy, reliable, loyal Mate.
Strangely by getting the man we prove that he is not.

Because we do not have or respect societal boundaries. It may be also that the married man may be sending encouraging signals. We need to trust God for our own mate and get our eyes off someone else's...
It's the same reason why Adam and Eve desired the forbidden fruit... the sin nature dwelling in the heart of every person born. Jesus dealt with it when he died for us on the cross. If you are truly seeking help to not do the wrong thing, call on him and seek his help; he will not only lead you out of the bad situation, but he will bring you to a better place where you really belong.

I think you chose an "unavailable" man because there is something in you that does not really want to commit to a relationship. Perhaps you fear abandonment so you pick someone "safe" that YOU can leave if it gets too scary. Sit down & think about it. Seek help if you need it. You deserve better than crumbs.

yes you are right it does happens.... well the thing is after sometimes you will realise you need more than just a married man, coz he is never available...and you are not is number one, he has a wife a kids and after a long time you will get fed up with fighting for his attention and love and you will get a better life.

Married men are mostly more mature, know how to treat a woman, are more confident in their dealings, straight forward, have better sence of humour, most importantly they do not chase women around and can easily end a relationship without going into complications.... in short they're a package full of fun!!!
