I've always said God has a sense of humor.
Example: Take a good look at a platypus! That thing was put together out of spare parts! *L*

If God is indeed a comedian and His objective is to make people laugh, God being the Almighty and powerful God, will defintely get his people laughing.
Why the reference of God as a comedian?
A more relevant analogy is God as the master Potter and His people being the clay.
Those clay that are 'obediant and yield to God's tutilage will turn into beautiful masterpieces. Those stubborn clay that refuse to be molded by God will become deformed.

He made Michael Jackson, didn't he?
And George "Zippy" Bush.
He gave Oscars to Marisa Tomei and Ben Affleck.
Yasser Arafat won the Nobel Peace Prize.
He keeps giving Tom Arnold jobs while Roseanne is flipping waffles at a Denny's.
He let us catch Jim Bakker and Jimmy Swaggart with their pants down.
He let us catch Sharon Stone with her skirt up.
He let Pee Wee get busted for his pee-wee.
He made the first George Bush puke on the PM of Japan.
He made the Ayatollah Khomeini fall out of his coffin on TV.
After Ronald Reagan kept lying to Congress and the Senate under oath, answering every question with "I can't recall," and "I don't remember," and "I have no recollection of that conversation/meeting ever taking place," God gave him Alzheimer's.
Richard Hatch got busted for not paying his taxes.
Poor little Martha Stewart got busted for inside trading, but George Bush and Dick Cheney didn't.
Remember the Dreaded Pretzel Attack? God did that.
Elvis died on the crapper in a gold jumpsuit.
God is a comedian, and we're His personal little ant-farm. Every once in awhile, He just feels like going up and shaking the living p!ss out of it, and who can really blame Him?

analyzing this question, you may still ask what or who's able to accomplish, to be lively, what's alive? whilst one thinks of God as accessible, as some airy image, then it rather is not hardship-free to learn any form of animation in any know. i think of God needs a shape to be seen and to have interplay with it, yet do not see God as being anybody being, yet rather the source that's interior all, and that which permits us to 'act'. understand which you and all people are alive and function the flexibility of God interior you, as does all existence, coming from the only source. Then it rather is as much as each and every human beings individually, on regardless of if we are afraid, regardless of if we are able to snort, regardless of if we are able to cry, regardless of if we carry out, or regardless of if we are only actual to ourselves, to existence, and enable God bypass us and via us - if so, then it would not want an act nor an purpose audience, we are very content to easily be alive and to be.
