I've turned 18 and had my eyebrows waxed and plucked for the first time about a month ago. I think it's a good idea since eyebrows frame your entire face. But make sure you stick to your natural shape... be subtle by asking for them to be "tidied up"...it's not something you want your friends and family to notice upon first seeing you! Also, if you do decide to get them waxed, go somewhere you've heard of through word-of-mouth and can rely on

Although I agree with The One (great ans., dude), on the other hand, I say if you're asking the question, you already know the answer. If your brows are feeling raggedy, cleaning up your brows could "brighten" your face significantly. Many women, myself included, are surprised to find that one little thing really freshens their look.

However, keep in mind a couple things: waxing can hurt or burn, and it pulls the skin - some people say it can cause wrinkling.

I had this same discussion with someone else recently. Here's what I said:

Asian women often have perfect eyebrows, beautifully shaped and so precise. Apparently, eyebrow threading is their secret.

A thread is wrapped around the hairs and pulled to remove the unwanted ones. So far, I see only perks to this process. I found it to be much less painful than waxing or tweezing, and I can see why it’s growing in popularity in the US.

A week after my first-ever session and I had barely any regrowth, unlike with waxing, after which I normally see little hairs within a few days. Even worse, waxing can take off a layer or two of my skin. Yeow! And threading is completely natural and devoid of chemicals.

Threading leaves your hairline more precise than waxing, too.

It depends how does your eyebrows look like. If they are naturally shaped nicely than i would suggest you not to go for it. But if you still wanna get it done than just do it... will give you a happineness.

well I am 49 and i get mine waxed and tinted, as they are very blond. It makes me feel good about myself and I don't look feral. If you think that's what you want then go for it. It doesn't hurt very much either. Good Luck

If your Eyebrows are Uneven or Bushy, I suggest you to get it Waxed.

If none above. Leave it the way it is.

Only if it bothers you and dont worry about what other people might say or think. If you are going to do it, do it for yourself.
