My opinion, is that income, is not that important of a factor in a soul-mate! If you are looking for a soul-mate, it is not a superficial thing, so income and looks should not really come into play! Not that it is not important, but not in this situation!
A soul-mate is someone who you can connect with,it is a deeper connection, than just to love someone! A soul-mate is someone who understands you, who knows what you mean without even saying it! You can finish each other sentences and thoughts without even realizing it! You have the deepest connection of anyone on the planet and would know what the other was feeling even if you were a million miles away from each other! It is a love so pure and true that nothing could ever destroy it! You know each other inside and out, emotionally, physically and spiritually! And you love each other for who they are, flaws and all, not for what you want them to be! I would say that a soul-mate would be someone that you love to be around, you enjoy their company over anyone else and you are totally and completely and deeply in love, without a doubt! A soul-mate is not just a boyfriend/girlfriend/, husband/wife, a soul mate is someone with whom you can bear your soul and your deepest darkest secrets and you know they will not judge you! A soul-mate if you are lucky enough to find your, will be the person, you could spend the rest of your life with, heart, soul, mind and body, all connected! I found my soul-mate 5 years ago and I could not be happier! I hope that everyone can find their soul-mate and live happily ever after!

Like other people have said, I think you will know when you meet them. Do you honestly consider income as being part of a soul mate? Of course looks are in some way what often attracts us to others.... it does not matter if someone is say typically good looking or not, but there is something about how they look that first attracts you to them I think. (Unless over the internet for e.g.) But that is I feel part of their 'soul' as such reaching out to you. It seems like it is noticeable in a crowd of other people. I guess my idea of a perfect soul mate is someone who I feel bascially completlety relaxed with, dont need to worry about what I say, and basically everything seems to come naturally.... As a start anyway.....

A perfect soul mate should be able to resonate with thoughts and ideas.And should have due regard for others' views. There must be some allowances for freedom from both sides. Under all circumstances parents should not be brought in the argument and abused.There must be frankness to the degree that minor irritants are resolved rather than stored for weekly ammunition. In bed there must be cooperation and understanding if there is any insufficiency.

omg, tht is such a good question.. And I happen to know tht one. I am 37 years old and I know i found my soulmate. I asked the same question for years and sweetie you do know and feel it when he is your soulmate. I really couldnt answer tht question before because how can one really know what is a perfect soulmate if you havent met him.. You can think you know what is perfect... but it is so much more you cant even fathom. Everything you know tht should be in a
partnership all comes toghether in a soulmate.. It doesnt matter what your ideal soulmate is... Its what transpires after you meet him tht you can truley answer this question. The love making.... omg... you have never felt a closness like this before...It flows uconditionally... the passion and wanting to just feel his skin against yours
is incrediable. When you can hold his face and look right in his eyes and say.. I LOVE YOU with such conviction it makes your heart pound just a lil faster.. When you want to hear his voice mail message on his cell phone just to listen to his voice. When he comes through the door after a hard day at work... you WANT to have dinner ready
and everything perfect for him. Its a unitity you cant break inyour heart if your apart.. Ive been with this man for 10 years and my love grows stronger for him everyday. Not everyone finds there soulmate.. there are few and far between.. I hope you find yours someday... It is the most beautiful feeling in the world.. good luck and god bless

income it just an extra perk, yes a honesty and caring, faithful to himself/you as well, team work together,unconditional love, accepting each other for their faults/no one is perfect., there are alto oh reasons you will see in your soul mate, i don't think that looks are all that important was to the way you asked first. in my opinion everyone is beautiful in there own way. isn't whats in the heart of someone. just me on this! I've seem pretty people but had the ugliest attitude which made them unbearable, if you get what I'm saying.

Personality -> Nice, loving, kind, helpful, caring, happy, adventerious, growing and learning (together with me "for a soul mate" this will happen together), I can go on and on....
Income-> Yes. Or (if she has enough assets for herself then no is ok as well)
I believe I'll know when I meet her.
what is so disheartin' is when she is an "almost soulmate."

Someone who is honest, caring, funny. A person who cares about others, but also has a sense of themselves. A person who is devoted to his family and God. A hard worker that doesn't take things for granted. A person with all types of interests that is not close minded. Someone who accepts people for who they are an can see beyond the outside.

one who does whatever the mate says ,because people do not no how to treat there mates,as equals,people want to get married they think ,they can change someone,WHAT YOU SEE ,before marriage is what you get,only in American movies the good guy wins, not in everyday life,wake up .some of these questions are nothing more,than crap,there are no perfect mates,not you not me,no one,only those that cannot or will not see themselves,some people just do not no how to be happy,and nice yes NICE

Personality, humor, honesty, trust, and to communicate with each other about anything and this would be a perfect soul mate which i have these quality's also.
