during those past days i've become so stressed. im so worried because my mom and my cousin told me i already look old despite of my age. how could i stay fresh despite of my heavy schedule? and i cant prevent to stay up late. pls help me. i want it to be in a natural way. im afraid to try those artificial products. any tips?

The only natural way is:

Sufficient amount of sleep!

A nutritional diet (plenty of water)!

Exercise (I recommend running)!

The best rememdy is sleep, that's why it's called 'beauty sleep'. But if you really cannot, try taking naps during the day when you can. Even 20minutes or so is good for you. Also, drink lots of water and take walks. I always find it helps you look fresh

*find time to relax.
i think it would help if you try to get a spa or a body massage (to make you feel fresh and relaxed).
drink lots of water.
get enough sleep.

if you really, really have a heavy schedule and you cannot find time to relax, just enjoy what you're doing and don't think like "hey i have to do this and that, go to this and that, work on this, finish that." stay calm.

plan everything.
strictly follow your schedule to avoid cramming.

..and take vitamins. :)

try to relax dnt think to much...uhmm u can take vitamins with vitamin e...or use stresstabs...drink plenty of water..
