I assume you are referring to PC games since what you listed are both pc games.

Oblivion (the Elder Scrolls IV) is a great game if you are a serious role player ...plenty of quests and npcs to interact with.

Titan Quest is the latest in the rpg genre, just came out last month. I've beaten the game to Legendary...it's a pretty good game if you are a Diablo fan, cos the whole battle/skill system is exactly like Diablo, but within a Greek setting and with a map editor and multiplayer function, similar to NWN. The only snag is the high system requirements for the game..so check out the requirements first.

Dungeon Siege 2 is okay, and I believe the second expansion to this is also coming out soon. Another hack and slash rpg would be Sacred.

Other rpgs that I enjoyed were Divine Divinity and Beyond Divinity. Beyond Divinity is the sequel to Divine Divinity...the games prolly look a bit old now in terms of graphics, but if you want to play an rpg with puzzles and some brainwork, these two are pretty good games.

And of course, NWN2 and Gothic 3 are supposed to be released soon...looking forward to those myself! :)

Apart from that, MMORPGs are also fun if you dont mind paying monthly subscription fees for some of them. Guild Wars, World of Warcraft, Dark Age of Camelot, Everquest 2 are just some in the market. Most of these mmorpgs however would require a lot of online socialising and preferably being in a guild for end game enjoyment of the game. I've got high level characters on all these games I've listed and it sucks if you dont have a guild or a group of friends you can play with regularly, especially since you are paying for playing the game. The only exception would be Guild Wars and Guild Wars faction which is free play (and the third expansion for Guild Wars is coming out next year I believe).

You can read the reviews of some of these games from gaming websites like www.gamespot.com

The Xenosaga series. The 3rd which happens to be for now the final episode, will be released on 8/29/06. I must recommend that you play them in order. At the end of each epiosde, it asks you if you want to save game clear data. This data gives you more privliges in the next episode. I must recommend that you play this series. episodes in order: 1:Der Wille zur Macht. 2:Jenseits von Gut und Bose. 3:Also sprach Zarathustra.
