there isnt any its all a scam to get inside your head then they have something personal to use later if needed to avoid further gain in the company its all a system and the more systems you can keep your name out of the better off you will be

It's just a sneaky way for some employers to weed out the people you don't want to hire and keep the hot slutty babes that they do want to hire.
