The website is http://www.destinyscard.com but there is nothing but advertisements there.

Looks like they lost their domain to "squatters".
Perhaps you could email Info@cem-corp.com and ask (CEM-Corp) seem to be the original promoters of the card.
I would probably stay away from these type of cards. Losing a domain by not renewing it doesn't bode well for the company being a strong legit company. I note another of their domains (www.ashanticard.com) doesn't respond properly either.
Maybe you should be looking at other cards. Destiny's Child as a band would probably know very little about credit cards, so why should you subscribe to a card branded to them?

Um you probably shouldnt get that. At least get one from a bank, with decent rates.
