Are you sure you wanna be fat, trust me you will regret it. It's easy to put on weight but very difficult to shed it. I would suggest you no to try this, as i used to be very slim and always wanna put on some weight....oops here you go, i am not able to shed few kg and keep putting more and more weight. but still if you wanna try than start eating bigger portion of food and less exercise. eat lot's of white bread, sweets, eggs, fried food, and cheese....you can always try lot's pizza....it help to put on weight easily.
You are just 18, you will be alrite in few years... it's your growing age so most of the people in this age are very slim.
I think you know the difference between getting fat and having muscles. If you wanna be fit and have six packs.... huh easy but hard work. eat healthy and start working out. You should go to gym 3 times in a week, and make sure you eat healthy and slighty bigger portions than you are eating these days. It will help you.

there's a difference in becoming fat and reaching your ideal weight...
You are way underweight.. And gymming only wont help. You gotta start eating more, get supplements like muscle fuel / or creatine, will def help with gaining weight.
Go see your doc, or a nutritionist.. They'll be able to help you out.

Ok, whatever you do don't totally eat junk food. If you want to gain weight you don't want to clog your arteries buy stuffing your face with sodium,and cholesteral. If you really want to gain weight go to a local dietition,doctor, or fitness center. The problem with eating junk food to gain weight is all the extra stuff that will come back to haunt you later on in life. Talking to a professional will help you gain weight WITHOUT making yourself super-unhealthy.

chocolates, butter,ghee,sugar,carbohydrates like rice, bvread and anything else that contains starch.After boiling the rice, drink the water which u boil it in. The water is really rich in carbohydrates.And do not exercise. Otherwise u could consult a dietician ur problem could b hereditary.
some foods are milk cream, egg yolk, bananas, grapes, any oily and fried stuff(though i would suggest not eating them cos u could get cholesterol problem.)

Get Ensure drinks from Walgreens, Walmart...But you cant just drink them alone ..u do have to eat with the ensure...If u eat MCdonalds ..drink your ensure..if u eat french fries drink the ensure...what ever it is that you eat and may have some calories make sure u drink the ensure...Proven to put weight on...read the directions

try drinking lots of milkshakes and eating french fries and .hamburgers but do your weight go with your height thats the main thing eat more high calorie foods.

You don't wanna become fat .. coz then you won't be able to work it off but you could get more muscly which would make you look fatter ... try sit-ups, press ups, ......
