i have aplpied for a job they calling me to come for the final round of talk can send some tips

That would depend ...how much experience do you have in this line of work ? How much education do you have that would relate to this line of work. Little or no experience ...you better take what they offer you...if you have alot of experience you can negotiate. Think about your negotiation strategies ..do you have any valid points that make you an exceptional asset to this company or are you just starting out ...if you want to negotiate you need a reason for negotiation. An employer will pay more or give better benefits only if he has a reason to choose you over any other qualified person.

That's simple.
1. First in the negotiation make sure that you and the future boss agrees what the goals are and you are the ideal candidate
2. If both agree that you are the candidate, ask the future boss his offer. From there, negotiate.

Many companies will shortlist candidates for final talk only if he/she seem to be a potential member to be recruited. The questions usually is to know the candidate better and to final assess whether the person fits into the vacancy available then.

It is therefore difficult to give any tips other then to say that you need to stay cool and answer truthfully.

You may also be put on probation for the job.
