possible past life connection or some other paranormal thing?

Since this year began I've been meeting people (guys and a girl) who all say I look familar though I just met the person that night with my friend.My friend who has a friend in oregon said I looked familar and asked if I've been to oregon but never been that way without my family .Also not since I've been an adult.I don't think it's astral projection or that I have a double.All I know is that not even they say I look familar and they don't know where from.Also that they don't appear familar to me.It's a one sided thing.So anyone know why I look familar to them but I never seen them before til the night I met them with my friend or in the case of meeting the girl.. with some friends from junior high.I only get this when I'm with my two closest friends from back then.their friends seem to recognize me. not sure from where.. I'm weirded out by it seeing i never seen them before.seeing I have a extremely good memory and remember everyone I've ever met.. Any answers saying I forgot is

not rational or logical to say.I remember who I've met from 5 years old to now.I also remember what is said to me up to 2 years.Just not understanding how it's possible to look familar to someone but they're new to you.

I said guys and a girl.. for anyone who was reading my details.so no its not a pick up line.

it's just that if it was past life connection,I'd remember them too.Also I thought maybe they saw me on our mutual friend's myspace but that turned out to not be it.So that's not a possibility..maybe not even the past life because they wouldn't be a new person to me.one of the guys I met though turns out to have gone to a church i went to a few times when I was i a group home. with him that might be where he saw me.or maybe at an old club before it closed down. but then again he doesn't remember were like the others.. and everyone who claim I look familar gets quiet when I try to explain where they might have seen me from.the strange thing is.. these are people who live in my childhood city and people who lived in bellvue,wa.there's no way to explain why they don't remember where and why they get quiet when I try to suggest where.but these are my friend's friends.. guys and girl.and apparently it's not because of my friends that they say that I look familar.

They have just probably seen someone who looks alot like you. Maybe you have all been abducted by aliens together and they saw you but you were unable to see them. It could stick in their subconscious mind.
Are these people all guys? Are you sure it's not just some kind of a line?

When I was younger I was told that there are 7 other people in the world that look like you. I know I've run into at least two others who were so similar in appreance that we would have been taken as twins or sisters. In this case, we were constantly called each others names (I'm Robyn, she's Marie) by teachers at school and people on the street. When we finally met, we knew instantly that the other was the one we'd been mistaken for. We had no common relation we could find and were both military brats living in Italy at the time.

You may also want to take a look at metagifted.org and the adult-indigo characteristics shown there. Sounds like your memory and experiences might be explained here too. At least you won't feel so unusual (but still special) knowing there is a group of people who have similar experiences and talents.

As a personal believer of logic, I say there's an explanation for everything. But as a believer of the paranormal, I must say that there is a posibility of some connection.

I personally have had experiences similar to this (very recently in fact) and these are two people i know for sure I have never met before, as I lived far from them my whole life. Upon further questioning, I found that they had memories similar to mine of things that logically did not happen in this lifetime.

In any case, you should ask some of them if they happen to be the kind to study into past lives and all. Good luck with this :3

I have heard before that we all have a double! Before I moved to Texas from Pittsburgh, my husband and I were vacationing in San Antonio, and a woman though I was someone else, and insisted I looked just like her! I thought that was strange, but to make it even stranger, about 5 years later at work one day, a woman said I looked exactly like someone from the same part of San Antonio, that we were at on our vacation! I would certainly like to meet this person! She is out there somewhere....

The brain tends to "remember" key features of, say, a face rather than the entire face. For instance, if its shape is oval or if its eyes are oceanic blue. Usually peripheral vision becomes blurred in favour of these key features that stand out. The brain translates these images based on this information and tries to "see" the rest of the face, but over time certain details are "lost", so when it comes to "remembering" precise details similarities in features blur or become merged, hence the feelings of having met before. Some people do have a photographic memory, however, which means that they can remember more details more clearly, sometimes long after the event itself.

This has happened to me since high school also. I think I just have one of those every-girl faces. Either that or I have a double somewhere.

I don't think what you are experiencing is a past life experience, since nothing about them feels familiar to you. Also, is it possible you could have been photographed or recorded without your knowledge? So many people are on the internet with pictures of people who don't even know their picture was being taken.

But, maybe you just have one of those every-girl faces also.

If u believe in reincarnated. Like u lived in a passed life or something. Then u would understand why people think they seen u before. or u could just have a twin and don't know it. but i would go with the first thing the reincarnated thing. that's my best guess.

It happens to me all the time. I think that somewhere in the back of our minds, we all do know each other from one life to another. We only use 10% of our brain. What if somewhere in that 90% thhere are the memories from every past life we've had.
