First always check the connections in the back of the PC.
Try rebooting your computer - if that doesnt work try reinstalling the sound drivers.

You need to reload drivers to make these device errors go away. This may or may not be related to your voice problem but there is a chance that the unknown device is your audio subsystem.

In the dev manager you can right click on the devices showing a problem and choose Update Driver. Of course it would be a good idea to have the original driver discs when you do this.

If you don't have the original discs you can download new drivers from the manufacturer's web sites. Just type the board manufacturer's name and the card ID into google and you'll probably find them straight away.

Failing this...no drivers at all... you can choose Advanced in that Update Driver process and choose a specific location to search for drivers. The location you will fill in is that INF directory of your current Windows installation. So if your system has Windows installed in C:\WINDOWS then you will use C:\WINDOWS\INF as the source in the Update Driver wizard. If the driver was correctly installed previously then it should find the correct INF file in that directory and, with luck, all of the associated DLLs in their previous locations.

the SCSI controller, u dont need to worry about that
do the basics first check the cables make sure they are all plugged in.
u didnt say what the problem with computer voice is. does it work sometimes and not others?

i would advise u to reinstall your soundcard drivers, u can get these from the cd u got with your machine, or u would need to know what soundcard u have installed in your machine
and then going to the maker of cards site and u can download the drivers from them
or on the device manager, click the + next to sound multimedia devices and then google for drivers followed by the model and that will have the drivers

hope this helps

for a start, i dun think u use scsi/raid so u could safely ignore that. but if u want, u could try installing the drivers from the cd that came along with ur mobo. as for the unknown device, its hard to guess. u could try going to windowsupdate.microsoft.com ... if u are in luck, u could get the drivers for the unknown device there. if i had to guess, i'd prob say u need to try reinstalling ur sound card and modem (if u have one) drivers

Do not system restore, it is too late. That should be done in steps as your content grows.
Control panel, system information. In tools scroll to direct x and run the diagnostics function. It will test the voice and all other functions of the computer. You can trouble shoot your problems as well.
