Either they don't care about making one or they don't know how.Quite possibly they feel there time is better spent doing something else on the computer than to make avatars..

maybe they not knowing how to create an avatar
or have no time in creating one because yahoo make soo many options of avatar (i'm sick of it). Why can't we just type the landscape we want, the dress we want.. instead of clicking numerous options?

when you go to your account click on your smiley face and it will open up the avatar page where you can change it for those that dont know.
now they dont have an excuse

Because most of them do not know how to create an avatar. some do not have 360. And a few use more than one ID to... you know that

they dont want to show their gender thus they can answer any question. well i made my account in answers when i didn't have a avatar i would now like to place it but am unable to do so
