Unequivocally YES!!! Smoking is harmful for your health. It is also very expensive and hard on the wallet. You need to control this expensive and unhealthy practice. You need to realize that you have an addiction to Nicotine. You may also have an addictive personality. Do you crave any other drugs, such as Alcohol? If so then you should join AA and work on these addictions. There are medications that can work as a substitute for the Nicotine. How many cigarettes do you smoke in 1 day? Cut that in half. When you want a cigarette instead go for a walk. Start exercising. Any exercise that you enjoy. pushups situps jumping jacks jump rope walking and especially running will make you not want to smoke anymore. People say cigarettes relieve stress? Not half as much as exercise. Bike riding. swimming anything you enjoy. You won't want to smoke anymore because you'll start feeling good without smoking. You CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck. =)

yes chain smoking is bad for the health. my husband previously smoke cig. he left smoking.first he left morning smoking, second in the evening time third in the night time and last he was smoking only one cig per day. i asked him to leave that he left that also. if you want to quit smoking dont allow your stomach be empty. whenever you are smoking that time instead of that you eat somthing or drink some juices.

Get real, smoking will kill you we are in the 21st century, it's plastered all over the media, smoking is very unhealthy, I know how hard it is to quit, I quit 9 years ago cold turkey, after I had a stroke & almost died, believe me it was worth it, you wouldn't believe how much money I've saved since I've quit. It's the best thing I've ever done in my life except when I left my ex- husband.

I read in the newspaper today that drinking water will help to stop the urge to smoke. Smoking is a slow suicide, makes you stink, and will cause you to lose friends. Quit! Drink lotza water.
