There are several ways are available for this process.
I will give only two options namely with writing software and without writing software and single cd writer.
With witing software like nero, first copy the contents of the cd in image form and then insert blank cd and write the image to the cd.
Without writing software but with windows xp, then copy the contents of the file in the cd drive and insert the blank cd and write the files to blank cd using xp itself.
same procedure might be followed for the floppy also.

well this is probably the easiest of all the question on yahoo answers........all you gotta do is this:
1. get nero 6 or 7
2. instert the cd from which data is to be copied in to the cd rom/writer.
3. go to copy cd option in nero and do it as the screen instructions shows.....
4. when the image of the data in cd is created...get the source cd out and put the blank cd in the writer/combo drive....
5. double click the image you just made using nero and select the drive letter of the drive in which blank cd is....then select speed, etc and press burn.......
dude you are done

assuming u have only one drive... you put in thr original disc and open startsmart.. in extras u get an option called the copy disc.. click it and select burn speed and click burn... the system will create a buffer in the memory.. after the completion it'll automatically eject the cd and ask u to insert a blank disk,,, insert one and wait...
yeas u can copy a flopy to a cd... just copy the contents to a folder on the hard drive and burni t onto the cd using the data compilation of nero...

use some software like nero or directly use window xp. if you have just one cd drive, make the image of the cd through nero and save it in your hard drive. Then put the blank cd in the rive and copy the image into that cd.
If you have two drives, put both the cds and copy one to other through nero or just use copy paste in xp.

If you are using Windows XP you can just drag the files to the black cd in my computer without buying new software. Then just click burn to disk. That is if you have a cd burner.
