Exercise and strength, weight leg training. If you work out your legs using weights at least three times a day for one hour, your legs and thighs will be strong and toned. (and no! you will not develope muscles like boys) you would have to perform an extensive work out for that to happend. That's just a myth!!

You can also rid your cellulite by swimming, bike riding, which is an (excellent solution), walking and jogging.

The best way to lose the cellulite is to do it naturally..Exercise by physically moving!!

There are no magical, mystical, creams that would make this happend, and if it does work, it is merely temporal!

Nothing out of a bottle is 100%! If that were the case, there would be no need to physically exercise! and we would all be in perfect shape, but since this is not the case, excersie is the key,, no pain, no gain!!

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.

I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

Cellulite Disappear?

Try a self tanner or bronzer. The darker the skin, the less noticable the "dimples" are.

Many creams have "caffine" but, instead of spending all that money, i use a scrub made of used coffee grounds and oil ( olive, baby, whatever you have laying around)

Rub rub rub, leave it on for a bit, ( about 5 minutes) Rinse.
the caffine "plumps" the skin, making the dimples less noticable, adn the rounds exfoliate your skin.

I did find nivea "skin firming" lotion to be helpful if i need a "quick" pick up. Same effect as the scrub.

Don't stress, you can see cellulite on EVER women, and man. If not, they're probably airbrushed.

Cellulite is just body fat under the surface. Reduce your overall body fat and it will disappear.

There're plenty of creams that make it less obvious, especially ones containing caffeine, but I don't think there's anything to completely get rid of it.
