Love is not a contract like marriage where there are proposals, acceptance, promises to keep, duties to perform, rights to assert and it is an institution. Love can be between two persons having identified each other and reciprocated each according to the others feelings. It may be between two friends, two siblings from the same womb, wife and husband, mother and child, child and parents, teacher and the taught etc. Love is more natural and divine; where as marriage is purely social and legal. Love marriage is an event of convenience and not a consequence.

Love is a wider concept and there is no defination for it. While marriage is a relation between two people and not only that, lots of responsibilites come upon you once you get married and also maintain realtions with new ppl in your life. Basically it encroaches upon your freedom.
And love, i belive it doesn't exist now, ya but love for materialistic things does exists.

Love, from a certian perspective, is veiwed as a bond between two persons where they assist each other on their journies of self-discovery, acceptance and spirituality.. Marriage on the other hand is the state's way of controlling two people who think they are doing something to bring them closer, but the reality is if your really in love then you wouldnt need two rings to prove it'
