This friend has always been rational, but this "relationship" appears to be the real thing. Yes, they have consummated, and they want to be together. I've never been known to be silent with my opinions, but this one has me completely at a loss!

If the friend asks your opinion, then tell him/her that you have your reservations (and tell him/her to check the laws of your state). If not, keep your opinion to yourself.

Tell them to get away from each other. There is a reason its against the law. only bad things can come from this kind of relationship.
