Just so you all know this is a question one of my friends wants an answer to???? What should I tell him. Plesase help me answer his desprate question!!

Well tell your friend, to work on self control. It will not be easy but he has to control his excitement. Puppies pee on the floor when they get excited. His anxiety is heighten by his uncontrollable urges during puberty. Have him take a deep breath...three times... think of something else other than the girl he is thinking of.
He also should get a medical check up as there maybe a problem in his urinary track. This could be a major problem in his life if he does not get the correct medical attention.
And in the mean time not to cause any further embarrassment have him start wearing adult diapers.

You know what, a lot of people (not just guys) experience this awkward thing, especially whenever they are nervous. It is a sign of insecurity. Might as well, tell your friend to work on his self-esteem before approaching the ladies. Leaking would be a major turn-off.
Or it might be a case of incontinence. If he's really that concerned, tell him to go to his doctor and have himself checked.

Your friend is using this as a device to show his excitement but it stretches the imagination to believe it is true. He is telling you so that you will notice him and be interested in him and his apparent sexual problem. I suspect he just wants you to be aware of his sexuality.
