Besides the fact that Katie Holmes is of legal age, as many here have mentioned, his first wife was actress Mimi Rogers who's six years older than he is. Nicole Kidman was only five years younger. So I'd say no.

No. Katie is a consenting adult. If Tom is molester, 99% in Hollywood will be labelled child molester as well. See the difference in age between Demi and Ashton, Rod and Penny, Mick Jagger and all his ex-bedmate, Woody Allen and his wife, plus a lot more.

If Katie is of LEGAL age why would that make him a child molester? Child molesters go after KIDS like preteen. Is Katie that young? I didn't think so.

She is of legal age so it doesn't matter if there is a big age gap. The age gap is 15 years...not quite double her age of 27. So no, he is not a child molester...he's just crazy.
