Are you playing a game? Have you been eating paint chips off the wall? I suggest you should go lay down and taking a nap. When you wake up, drink some water (or coffee), eat a sandwich and if the scary man is still on your porch, go to Hellmart, get an aluminum baseball bat and take care of that problem the old fashioned way. Give him a hammer,a box of nails,a roughly drawn map of the area identifying an open piece of ground,(a park or outside of the town) mark it with a big X,and tell him that if he doesn't understand this you will call someone to give him a lift there,but they'll be wearing uniforms and have a nice flashing light on the roof of their car!
Do the above with a smile, and prehaps give him a packet of seeds to start his own vegetable garden!

Be honest with him, tell him you've done all your going to. and to find a new place to hang out, if that don't work then call the law. I know your concerned for his welfare, and that's his in. don't get caught up in his game. your not responsible for him or his actions!!
