what is Arabs and Muslims image in the west?

I am a Palestinian Muslim girl living in Saudi Arabia. I think that the west media is giving a very bad picture of Arabs and Islam. Do you really believe what your leaders are saying! Are you blind? Israel is killing people attacking Arab lands taking Palestinian homes and taking their lands, hezpallah took 2 soldiers and what is the reaction from Israel! Instead of resolving the situation PEACFULY by exchanging prisoners, they used it as an excuse to launch a war, kill civilians and destroy cities. When hezboallah tries to defend their lands, president Bosh says that hezboallah are militias and terrorists and Israel has the right to defend their lands? Come on! Who is the attacker? Who is the killer? Who started the war ??? It is Israel. Another question, why do American movies present the Arab as Bedouins with camels and tents? We live in civilized cities, we have buildings, hospitals and wear modern clothes even though we have the right to ware whatever we like. Also the head and fa

Even though your leaders are also filthy scum, feel thankful that you are living far away from this despicable land of decadence and ignorance. Atleast the arabs still have dignity and family values. The more that we try to be like the west the more we will lose our cleanliness and purity like they have.

I fear the day when Arab children will not know who their fathers are, or the day when you see elderly Arab people in nursing homes, or neglected and impovershed. I also fear the day when Arab youth will be fu^cking like jack rabbits and will not marry untill their 30's when they have already had too much sex. I fear the day when young muslims will not marry as virgins (women AND MEN!!!!)

You CAN be a modern muslim without giving up the cleanliness and beauty of your faith, you just need to have your priorities in order. In America purity and modesty are not a priority, But in Islam it is a top priority to be straight forward and pure, You must even clean yourself more than 5 times a day!!!! And men and women are to respect each others modesty!!! That is FAR more civilized and modern than western culture!!!! Westerners claim that their "right" to wear suggestive clothes, and to be promiscues is a vital part of their modernity and freedom. They simply don't want to admit that you don't have to condone these actions and attitudes to be modern. It would make them look horrible, believe me!!! To admit that you can participate in the modern world with dignity and modesty would make THEM look barbaric!!!!

Yes, I know this!!! muslims do fornicate!!!! People all over the world fornicate!!!! And it increases anytime western influence increases in the world!!! Taking hostages in order to trade them for rightfully imprisoned outlaws is wrong.Do you honestly think that Israel will ever negotiate with terrorists? If Israel shows any sign of weakness in this situation, it will be ten times worse next week, and 1000 times worse next month.

Arabs are pictured in a bad way in some movies,yes.

First of all the taking of two soldiers is a big deal and that's why Israel is bombing the s*** out of Lebanon. Further more the taking/kidnapping of anyone cannot be negotiated or it will lead to more of the same. Dropping massive amounts of explosives on your enemy (yes that includes civilians) should make would be kidnappers rethink there agenda. As for improving your image in the west-stop flying planes into our building, supporting terror groups through out the world w/ your money, respect the religion of others or the fact that some don't believe in any sort of supreme being and be fine w/ it, respect your women more, realize that pork and beer aren't bad but in fact quite good, jump into the twenty first century,ect.
