If he hasn't even considered meeting you in person, this might as well be a mail bride situation. Tell him no, you want to either get to know him better, actually meet him and its just moving waay too fast, or try to ignore him and find someone who can take it slower and get to know you before he sets out a diamond ring.

* if u have never seen that guy if its just chattin then u can never trust him coz some ppl devote their lives to decieve ppl & play with their feelingz... so i suggest demand that he meets u in person & take one of ur parents with u so that it would seem serious & c wht does he REALLY want

This happened to me..............run......NOW! Seriously, have you ever met? I would be incredibly dubious of anyone who so readily asks a question as important as this on the net, especially without ever having met you.......its pure fantasy......I really have been there! let us know what you did!

it depends on how long you've known each other on the net. if its been years and you're interested, let him visit you and take the friendship one step further. if you're not, then simply tell him you can continue to be friends, if he doesnt mind.

do this only if he doesn't know where you live and dun have your phone number and stuff.
but... safe option... he's a psycho... so block him and make new online friends who are more.... stable.
