Assuming you are on windows, Take a screenshot (Alt+PrintScrn). Paste this into some picture editor (Ctrl+V).
Use the color picker tool to "read" your color of interest. This should also show you the color codes (when you hover the color picker tool on it).

Every color has certain numbers... if you want to know the exact number or code of the color you need to install photshop from there you can see the color code........

Open ADOBE PHOTOSHOP if you have it.
Open the photo/picture.
Use the eyedrop tool and use it on the color you want.
On the left you will see the color, so click on it.
You should see the code on the bottom.

Do one thing copy the color section..open the Microsoft paint , paste the color their . Go to color menu and clik on edit color . then clik on custom clolor .It will show u the color value .

another easy way is to open a blank browser window with any browser that will allow you to do so.....type a word....highlight it to selct it, change it to the color you want and save it as an .html file.
Open it with notepad or wordpad and the code should be there.

It is free very small and very usefull
