I have been having sex since I was 16 (now 28) and I avoided pregnancy until I was ready for a family when I was 26. Why are some kids being stupid? I know my mom had the same question. I had no problem using the pill and a condom, why do you? Is it because I saw my older sister get pregnant at 17 and be a horrible mother or are some teens trying to fill a void of not being loved? Just know, that it won't work and you will only raise bad kids, if you raise them at all. If you are having sex, get on the pill and use a condom and if you are they guy use a condom even if she's on the pill.

I totally agree with you. These young teenagers dont realize how much of there young life that they miss out on because they choose to be stupid. The parents usually end up supporting and taking care of there babies. Go to school get your education. Live life and enjoy. When your older and you fined the love of your life you will have plenty of time to become a parent.

It's a social issue. Teenage pregnancy rates are the highest in low-income areas. I think this is because of lack of environmental education. Kids will become what they know. It's a sad cycle. The good news is that teenage pregnancy rates have been declining for the past few years. Education is the key.

Im 27 and i fully agree with you. I live in New Zealand and it seems to be an accepted behaviour here and I also agree that education is the key. Theres just no excuses anymore! I was stupid but I was really selfish to and still am! I love having all my toys to myself and being the only person in my boyfriends life and spending time and energy and money on me! And that doesnt make me a bad person at all! Just Clever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think maybe chalk it up to peer pressure...seems like some younger girls think they have to get pregnant and have kids or to have sex at an early age to be socially accepted...I personally don't agree..I think if you have to have sex or get pregnant before you are ready maybe you need to find another bunch of friends...I am 26 now and didn't have my first sexual experience until I was 18

With medicines today there should be no unwanted or teenage 'accidental' pregnancy not to mention the high change of disease.

Education in sex to our teens is much more readily available then to any other generation

I agree is not hard ...
