Some people lose their temper so easily, others can contain their anger. Why ? In other words, why are some people easily stimulated whereas others have very cool nerves ?

People have differences in their nervous systems. Some people have mechanisms in their nervous systems that can control anger. Others don't have such elaborate systems. There are also many chemicals involved. But people's lives and experiences play a very important role in how their nervous systems are developed and how they deal with different situations. Generally people who lose their temper easily rely more on their animal brain.

its a connection of vary factors, which i did try a couple of experiment myself on various people of different religions, races, education, personal belief, and more to know that its actually concern with the aspect of their emotions, morale, and parental guidance, there are some who'll burst less that one minute but there are also other who can actually hold it for years, yet i my conclusion;" there are no volcano that will not erupt" which in the end it will blow-up in a significance degree.
where in the end they are just humanity anyway, and by the way no humans or animals are injured or kill during the experiment with the exception of me that is.

Personality type is a factor in determining what drives people over the edge. I am very aggressive and I have to be in control.
I like for things to go my way but I don't go crazy.
In addition, I am attracted to aggressive men which has caused chaos in certain instances. but honestly, when a person toys with my intellect, it drives me crazy. I don't like liars.

Emotion expressed is a combination of many things, such as personal opinion, personal experience, whether someone's had their coffee in the morning, what they were just doing, what else is goin on in their lives...it's these factors working in concert that can put someone in an angry mood or display angry tendencies.

If you mean anger, that's human nature.
If your use of 'mad' means insane, the factors are heredity, brain damage, and disease.
