Ok, here's the deal, there are many factors to consider here.

1. What species of fish is the Guppy living with? Is it possible that something is picking on it?

2. How often do you clean your tank out? You should be removing about 1/3 of your water volume very 2 to 3 weeks, using a gravel siphon... (If you are unaware of this device, ask your local pet store for help.)

3. Is the fish getting fatter? This could be an indication of a bacterial infection called dropsy (usually fatal.) To identify this disease the scales on the fish will look like they are sticking out (kinda like a porcupine.)

4. Are there any unusual marks on the fish? Bleeding into the fins etc? This will indicated poor water quality.

5. Pregnancy is a possibility, but generally fish will not show any signs of weakness unless they are too ill to disguise their symptoms.

My advice would be to find a good pet store, take in a water sample and ask them to test it for Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate & pH because most problems stem from poor water quality.
