An awakening taste bud is a joy for the entire system
the idea of breaking fast is something of a joy
unless of course you are facing an unbelievable
day at the work site --then is when the caffine is the thing !!!

For me it is, so I have a pint pot of tea as it taste good all the way to the last dregs, If you use a cup the second cup never taste as good as the first one.

Because your taste buds have had all night to clear so the next coffee you have, i.e. the morning cup tastes better. Once you've drunk that cup your taste buds will be contaminated with the first cup.

first shot of caffeine of the day, just like a fix for a junky. Tea is a stimulant as well.

I think it gets you motivated, although i'm getting sick of coffee as i work in a coffee factory so it's all around me all day.

Because when you wake up your body has gone approximately (depends how much sleep you get) eight hours without a caffine fix. So you cravings are increased.

You get addicted to the caffeine and in the morning you're levels are at there lowest so you're body craves a top up!
