Height goes on from the birth until adolescence stopping in the end of the sexual development (at 16-18 y/o). Then skeleton reaches its max (genetic) measures and there is nothing to do for increasing it since any bones is tightly interconnected with the body. Thus, I think your development isn't ended completely yet, though it is greatly slowed down. To verify that you should get precise measurements (in millimeters) any 6 months controlling the growing. Generally, the growth-hormones treatment is useful during childhood and puberty, but the doctor could help you more about.

Seems have a big turn in a person's life. The external form of a person is ideal in the eyes of the planet when every feature is assembled in flawlessness or very nearly there. Of all of them, height represents an important role.
Height is not just lots is one of the critical standards in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the security force, wooing someone, obtaining a work or just bolstering one's assurance therefore, if you want to be slightly taller you just have to use this program https://bitly.im/aL1XU , grow taller 4 Idiots.
The combination of proteins with growth hormones, could certainly lead to a taller stature and this really is what you would study on this book, how you can set this mixture used because this system really work for nearly all people.

Sports, and nutrition.
Yes, the pull-ups do work, but it takes a couple times per day and almost every day, during the entire growth period.
Sports and a SPORT-CENTRIC DIET
Sports lets you eat more.
Eating more good food makes you taller.
Sports also keeps your body looking nice.
If you want to walk when you're older, try bicycling and swimming for exercise instead of running. Running (the sport of simple running) makes your shorter by smashing, but sports that involve some running are okay.
Bicycyling, Swimming. . .
Road racing is one heck of a workout. With shoe attachment and a bike store racing bike, you'll be doing a lot of pedaling UP instead of mashing, so this can get you exercise that won't mash your legs.
See if there's a local bike club. Your parents will be glad for the babysitting, until. . .the first time they hear about Dura Ace. ;) That's okay, the rest of the line, Sora, through Ultegra are much more durable--just FYI.
Although at 5'9" you're ready for a serious bike, high performance is to be had at a sane price with something like a Specialized Allez Triple.
If that doesn't fit when you test drive, try Specialized Roubaix or a Schwinn road bike (both are taller on front).
After you mash the wheels in a couple thousand miles or one very big pothole, get some ROL wheels--faster and stronger.
Do get a pair of upgrade tires like Serfas SECA RS that grip on the corners and don't flat. ;)
Trek Vapor and Trek Police (police label comes off) helmets make your head cooler, not hotter.
At your age, you'll want to get professionally fitted and the handlebar stem replaced every time you grow so that your back remains straight with no hunching while riding. Your local road club or road touring club will provide the rest of the information.
Swimming also stretches your body like the pull-ups, so swim as much as possible.
Hamburgers are quite healthy, but lettuce is sprayed with poison, so always skip the fake-o crispy lettuce.
Eat lots of eggs.
Find the "taller" church. What? Mental health is important, and it affects growth dramatically.
Least effective is becoming an expert on mental health. Most effective is peer support, such as an all-positive church. This would be the "loud music" kids church. But, if you are in a smaller town, the Assembly of God and the Christian church (with the Red Wine Glass on the yard sign), have more popular music, no discouragment ever, and a very healthy outlook on life. Positive endorphines make you taller.
Avoid what can make you short:
Negativity reduces endorphine levels and inhibits growth.
Video games and computer games have so little physical activity that metabolism is slowed. This causes stunted growth. Poor mental health caused by video games slows growth even further.
Smoking can really make you short, so please don't smoke. Anything toxic can make you short, so do avoid preservatives and extremely unnatural foods as much as possible.
Vegetaranism can make you short because of poor nutrition.
Watching more than 12 hours television per week also stunts growth.
However, radio (depending upon if the material is positive or negative on average) can actually help growth. Choose graceful R&B over angry rap, happy "rockabilly" over sad country, happy dance over sad hard rock, don't even think about mascochistic "alternative" music and switch the news right off if it is foul. Just keep everything positive, and insist when necessary.
So, avoid poison, don't slam yourself, eat right and very often, increase your metabolism with exercise so you can "get away" with eating one heck of a lot of good food.

based on my experience, I'm now age 23, and 6'4". There is a chinese drug that is used for growth. It is called "Tian Chit" you can get it on your local Chinese drugstore, it is raw unprocessed and smells like burned amber. Aside from taking this I'd recommend you to take milk about 2-3 glasses a day. And during summers you take part in sports where there is a lot of stretching of your limbs involved, a good one is basketball. Play the whole morning, the afternoon, go tire yourself, Then sleep, rest late in the afternoon all you want. After weeks of doing these you can achieve growth spurt of 2-3 inches, in a summer you'll be lucky if you gain 4 inches. remember that we can't hurry growth. it is a process, till you get the age of 17 you start to lift light weights to develop muscles, do not lift earlier than this age, it will stop growth vertically. It is akward to see someone tall and frail, you should develop a well proportioned body. Good luck!

You're kidding, right?
Why can't you accept what Gad made you to be?
I'm an adult who only stands 4' 5 1/2" tall. I love myself for who I am, not what I am.
I have dealt with this situation all my life, which includes being made fun of!
Being short has had it's problems, but most are solved with a stepstool or a ladder! LOL
I'm a very happy person and am usually first to make a short joke. I have a great sense of humor.
I play with the hand God dealt me.
If this is YOUR biggest problem, then I'm sorry for you! Why in the heck would you want to be that tall anyway? Love yourself for who you are!!!!!

Sorry! Your height was determined all the way back while you were cooking in momma's tummy. Be patient. You still have time to grow some more. 6'5"? Only genetics knows.

you are only 14!
you will keep growing into your twenties. i know you will hit a real growth spurt at about 17, but you will undoubtedly grow some more before then.
dont smoke cigarettes i hear that stunts your growth.
i really don't believe there is anything you can do to make yourself grow anymore than god intended.
don't sweat it~you aren't done yet.

Don't worry. It may look like you stopped growing, but you are still growing at a slower rate. You will grow as tall as your genes allow you. It may not be 6'5, but you will be taller.
