You might have a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection). Go to your doctor and he will give you medicine, also drink cranberry juice, it helps.

It sounds like you have a urinary tract infection (uti), but you could also be pregnant. When I found out I was pregnant, my bladder was going into overtime and I felt like I had to go to the bathroom all the time. I wasn't sure if it was a sign of pregnancy or a UTI (I'm only 5 months along now.) The first thing I find when I have a UTI is a funny smell, that's one of the first signs. But UTI's are very common in pregnant women. If you have a UTI you do need to go to the doctor. It's not a big deal, they'll have you pee in a cup. While you are there I would mention that you aren't sure whether you are pregnant and they can do a blood test (much more accurate and results come sooner.) I have UTI's all the time (every three months or so) and I usually only have the smell and the urgency, so to me it sounds like that is what you have. It isn't till I let it stay around that I start to have sharp pains in my back and it hurts to pee so don't assume that if you don't have those signs that it means you don't have a UTI. There is also a chance that you could be having a yeast infection alongside the pregnancy which could also cause the foul smell. Yeast, Bladder, and Kidney infections are VERY common in pregnant women because the hormonal changes taking place.

Without a pregnancy test you won't know, If it was Urinary tract, you would have severe burning when you pee, it will hurt and you will need to pee every minute but hardly anything comes out. It sounds like you may have a bladder infection or even a yeast infection.
Go take a preg test, if its negative go see your Doctor, you will have to do a simple urine test and they will test it for different bacteria.
If you are pregnant, still go see the Doctor as there are many meds you can't take if you are preg, best to know and advise the Doctor ahead of time. Here are some links that may help you.

Could be a Yeast Infection, or UTI.

However, frequent, bad smelling urine is one of the signs of an onset of Diabetes. Please see your doctor. Whatever it is, they can help you out with it easily.

Either that or you have a urine infection....if it smells like ham, or has a kind of musky smell then its an infection, see your doctor.
