Natural Aloe juice squeezed from Aloe leaves - It is most effective healing, scar removal thing and lowest in cost. The aloe leave is available in some supermarket, about $1.50 a leave, use the jelly only to put on the area. It creates miracles. All man made lotions have chemicals, no good.

There is a product called Mederma that is good, or you can just apply Vaseline on the scar. It will probably disappear almost completely, but you have to keep it on all the time. Rub it in really well.
