Of course, I mean the TV show. My neighbours only come out at night, so I couldn't watch them during the day even if I wanted to.

I think that watching a TV show, is OK (even if it is unnessacerily often!) However, when the show begins to spill over into daily life and your thinking about it when it's not even on - i.e. When you start posting questions about it on answers! lol! That's when it's time to be afraid for you sanity - very afraid.

We tape it as well as home & away then watch it at night when we are relaxed. I get annoyed when they don't show it because of football or tennis. When we visit Australia we watch it & they are at least 6 months in advance of the UK
