I know only one way by windows setup. Insert a Windows Xp in your CD rom then boot it from CD ROM. when you entered the windows setup follow the instruction until when there will be a list of converting your existing drive to Fat 32 or NTFs You can select the Partition with FAT 32. then setup will format your drive.
If you want to continue installing Windows XP so install it. If you don't turn off it
Good Luck!!1

Use a software like PartitionMagic. I have done that. There is a free download also. But I am not sure whether the free version allows to do this operation.
But be aware that this conversion process is lossy because FAT32 partitions do not allow you to keep some information, which may have contained in NTFS partition.
For example if you assigned security permissions to any files / folders in NTFS partition, that will be lost in resulting FAT32 partition.

Cant, Fat32 can be converted to NTFS but NTFS cannot be converted back to Fat32. You would have to reformat the drive for Fat 32.

there is a software called Partition Magic that convert either from NTFS to FAT32 or vice versa without formating your harddrive. You just install the software in your computer and run it to make the changes. I've done it before.....

merely format thechronic from interior abode windows (NT+)and decide NTFS from the record device drop down arrow. As said above, gparted is a very nice device too. very nice for resizing walls with information on them.
