Are they considered to be an asset or an expense to the company (not employee) in financial statements?

I have a Diner's club card that accumulates points to the company that I never see. Therefore these belong to the company. Are they considered an asset or expense?

They belong to the employee, not the company, so there is no impact on the company financials.
