Will the USA be merged with Canada and Mexico by 2010 or is that a conspiracy theory? See http://texemarrs.com/murder_of_america.htm

Yes, unfortunately this is no hoax or conspiracy theory, but is true. The new organisation is to be called The North American Union.

I quote from a web site on the subject (one of many)

The issue does not pertain to US sovereignty, but the loss of sovereignty by Mexico and Canada, in an arrangement where Washington would essentially have overriding political control over the so-called "North American Community".

President Bush is pursuing a globalist agenda to create a North American Union, effectively erasing our borders with both Mexico and Canada. This was the hidden agenda behind the Bush administration's true open borders policy.

Secretly, the Bush administration is pursuing a policy to expand NAFTA to include Canada, setting the stage for North American Union designed to encompass the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. What the Bush administration truly wants is the free, unimpeded movement of people across open borders with Mexico and Canada.

President Bush intends to abrogate U.S. sovereignty to the North American Union, a new economic and political entity which the President is quietly forming, much as the European Union has formed.

The blueprint President Bush is following was laid out in a 2005 report entitled "Building a North American Community" published by the left-of-center Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). The CFR report connects the dots between the Bush administration's actual policy on illegal immigration and the drive to create the North American Union:

At their meeting in Waco, Texas, at the end of March 2005, U.S. President George W. Bush, Mexican President Vicente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin committed their governments to a path of cooperation and joint action. We welcome this important development and offer this report to add urgency and specific recommendations to strengthen their efforts.

Seems like a third rate website to me. I wouldn't put much faith in that. We are already merged by NAFT in trade, but the US citizens would never agree to the merge. Maybe with Canada, but I don't think the French Canadians would approve of it either. We have enough welfare in the US by itself, why would we want to add the welfare state of Mexico? Don't hate, it's true. If the Hispanic population grows into a majority here, ther might be a chance in the far future.

What would the benefit of that be? Does anyone think having the legacy of the Mexican economy on our hands would be anything good?

Why would Canada agree to this? They are doing much better than this (formerly known as great) country of ours. It would be loosing deal for Canada to be incorporated unless they would be annexed by the Bush junta. For most countries it is disadvantageous to be just associated with the U.S., so being a part of the U.S. would be the ultimate downfall.

I think it is lunacy of Texe Marrs

Well ... we will know in 2010; won't we? Let's face it, if it is in the works it is in the works. However, I really can't see that happening without some kind of vote by the people. I am sure it would be a formality, but it is a damn important formality if they wanted it to happen. Just my opinion, I have nothing to go on other then some pretty skimpy information.

Are you kidding? We are three COMPLETELY different countries.

The Canadians don't like us for a lot of reasons (mostly good reasons) and as for Mexico, why would you think we would merge with a country where as of right now, we are errecting more fences and sending US troops to the line to keep them out?

Just a conspiracy theory, you would have to be retarded to be willing to take on the astronomical debt and chronic budget imbalances the USA seems to boast.
