I have an uneasy and unsettling feeling

I don't feel "threatened" by terrorism just because I've come to realize that it's always been a presence in our lives. The only difference is that now it's coming out on our televisions in OUR streets instead of just across the oceans. At first, maybe there was fear, but now, only sadness.

I don't feel like my life is threatened at all really. Hundreds of thousands of planes take off everyday and there's only a few a year that have serious issues. Since I work in the travel industry, I feel like my job is treatened when we have events like 9-11 and last week's scare. Tourism definitely drops because people are too scared to travel. But I don't think anybody should live their life in fear because something might happen

Quite simply, no. I think when it comes to terrorism, the cure is fast becoming worse than the disease. I am personally prepared for any kind of disaster, and I don't fly often or travel to exotic places where things are more likely to happen, I don't use public transportation either, but I am lucky because where I live is not likely an area of high interest to terrorists.

I am more uncomfortable with Bush trampling our constitutional rights.

The odds that terrorism will affect me personally is less than being struck by lightning.

yes id do. it is because of terrorism so many innocent lives are lost. look at Kashmir. the people there live in fear. they do not know what will happen to them the next day. small babies are killed. many have become homeless. what do these terrorists want to gain ? it is not only Kashmir. terrorism is lengthening its fangs all over the world. i feel scared thinking that one day the world will be taken over by them.,

Hah, I feel threatened by Bush killing innocent people so if we agree that's terrorism, then yes, I do feel threatened.

"Yes, I feel threatened. The most unexpected horror could occur at any time and any place. How can someone who lives here in the USA not feel threatened?"

Some what, what I saw on 9/11/01 I will never forget. What I felt then I feel now. If I was younger I'd join the Army.

Of course. But life must go on. I lived through the bombs in London last year and it was terrible, but you cannot stop living your life and seeing the world because of that. When it is your time to go, it doesn't matter if it is in the hands of a terrorist or slipping in your shower and hitting your head. Enjoy life

Naahh!!!! You just have to live your life. If we live our lives in fear then we give terrorists the victory. I don't know whether or not you are a Christian nor will I try to push my beliefs off on you, but I place my trust in the Lord. While some may argue of God's existence, there is no arguing that there is an ongoing battle between good and evil in our society. You must understand that those that are evil want us to live our lives in fear. They want to cause chaos, panic and confusion in our lives. When we give in and live our lives in fear, we are giving them exactly what they want. If you are going to walk on anything let it be faith. Not fear. Peace and God bless.
