According to me the greatest fear of human is the examination part. They are quite tensed about the examination pattern.They know everything but they donot know how to produce it at the time of examination.Another fear is to face interviews or talking a person in english make aperson to fear becoz he donot know how to communicate with this person without knowing english.The last fear is the stage fear and also to give presentations in front of the professors.

Death--no question. Little kids are terrified of monsters...not because they're scary-looking or have bad breath, but because the kids are afraid the monsters will kill them/eat them. Adults are afraid of flying (plane crashes), driving (car crashes), water (drowning), and enclosed spaces (suffocating). They're all based on death.

Fear of shame, of dishonor.
Also, extirpation of eyes while conscious.
Perhaps aswell, fear of a very debilitating and slow disease.
