Well, my fiancee smacks my butt all the time, but it's in jest, and only turns into real spanking in the bedroom (Don't tell him I told you! >.<) It's not a problem for us, just fun all around.
If your hubby is serious about it, the spank him right back and tell him not to treat you like a child. If it's a problem for youy, it can be considered abuse, tell him that.

If my husband put his hands on me, other than in a romantic way, I would probably kill him. No one will spank my butt, I can't stand anyone touching my rear. You should have a long talk with him. I think he wants a child and not a wife.
