Technically, all you need is to dress up like one. Ninjas are just people who dress up to their head in black with just an opening revealing their eyes, and sneak around other people's houses. All the martial arts and weapons are not necessary, they just make you a better ninja. If you don't believe, go dress like one and ask people what are you.
But if you want to be a kick-as$ ninja, you will have to learn ninjitsu. There are many ninjitsu classes around. Just type 'ninjitsu class' into your favorite search engine and voila!

Ninja's are no where near as bad *** as Samurai's!

Litterally Ninja's were the men who weren't good enough to be Samurai's so they became a second rate warrior with no honor.

Obviously you need to learn ninjutsu and you would either have to study it yourself or find a person that will teach you. However, I do not suggest the latter because ninjustu is taught to people at a very young age.
