Hi!
after finally found someone i consider a true friend,
i'm noticing that i am a better friend to him than he is to me...
i have him as an only best friend,
but he has soooo many good friends and i'm one of them.
i give more attention than i get.
but i enjoy my time with him and i trust him.
should i just not care about this issue
or am i being selfish for thinking this?

Don't limit yourself to him as your only best friend because you will be disappointed when he doesn't give you 110%. Try and meet more people and friends. Try not to care so much about this issue. He has every right to have many good friends..which you should too!! The more the merrier! ^_^

Been there, done that. Accept your friend for who he or she is. Some people are "friendship magnets" and seem to attract a wide variety of friends. Trouble happens though when that person pulls in to many people into his or her friendship web -- there's too many to handle and not everyone gets the attention he or she needs. Keep your friend. That's a true blessing. However, start the process of gaining new friends yourself. Look for people who like to do the things you like to do and who have similar values to your own. Good luck!

No actually according to me you are a very caring and loving person i donot know u but iam guessing your nature after reading your friendship question. You have only one friend but your one friend has toomany friends at now he doesnot care about you becoz he has many friends but when he will alone at anywhere then he will realise your trur friendship that you made with him.If you really want to judge that person do one thing avoid him for some days do not give any impression then he will realize that you care so much about him but he doesnot.This formula is very popular and i have used it and find a very good results and also be sure that donot call him for some days then you come to know about whether he is your true friend or a just time pass friend ok. please tell me about your identification bye.

See here... you are making a tiny mistake....
You are saying that he is your only true friend.... Now until you have atleast 2 true friends then how can you say he is the best...
I mean to say....... you cant pick the best outta just one can you???
Make some more good friends and then decide... till then dont worry....when you will have more than one good friends then your attention will automatically be divided... problem solved

Well, a few things. a. it's good you're being a good friend! keep it up ^-^. b. he might not being the greatest friend because he has so many good friends, he might have to equal himself out to all of you causing himself to not go the whole 110% for everyone. It'd be tough to do so. c. I don't think you're being selfish, no more than the average friend. and d. if it's really bothering you then talk to him about it, maybe that'll help.

oh well, not everyone can be a good friend to each other. what you are going through is normal. you can share with him as you treat him as a good friend. likewise, you can be one of his many good friends, as long as he is sincere and doesnt talk bad about your or let your secrets out, he still can be trusted. just drop the matter and enjoy your friendship with him.who knows, in time to come, you will get to meet another friend who can be your new good friend. get wat i mean?

first if is possible you can be friend with his friend and if its impossible and this is a big problem for you you should tell him this problem
