Too put it bluntly...

Being tooooooo liberal...putting up with toooooo much shitt.

I see a lot of it in Answers on this website...especially from the young..in their relationships with one another. There is a great, great lack of respect and too many ill bred people. It's not their fault though...they've been brainwashed by the media and need to read more books and suffer from a hugh lack of good mentors in their lives.

It is one thing to be NICE but quite another to let others walk all over you.

Tolerance helps in relationships! There's always going to be things we don't like. And I've learned that when it's something that the person is not going to change, either tolerate it or move on, b/c they don't wanna hear someone nagging them.

Otherwise, I think what goes around comes around. If you try to have more tolerance for others, then when you screw up, those people are going to be more forgiving. Leniency gets rewarded.

However, there's nothing wrong with standing up for what you believe. But there's a time for everything, people should learn that.

I was beginning to think no one cared about tolerance anymore. I definitely agree with it. Even if you can't love everyone, you can at least show respect. Tolerance would improve the world dramatically.

Tolerance is marginal.
Acceptance is the key.
Have a great day

I'm pretty tolerant, but really intolerant of bad grammar and spelling.

It is as wrong to tolerate some things: rape, murder, thievery,
fornication, adultery, homosexual behavior, malice, gossip,
prejudice, and so on, as it is not to tolerate other things:
like differences in color of skin, or nationality, or differences in personality, and so on.

We probably would not have had so much killing and violence heartache and desruction if the human race learnt how to master tolerance...
