Let me see perhaps you are talking about the length of a piece of pipe or ruler. Of course there are million of things that could be

Dont know about Mexicans, but the averages are as follows (in centimeters)
Asian males:12cm
Caucasian:15cm
African:17cm
This is only averages, and varies from individual to individual.
As a girl, size personally doesn't matter to me, but whether he is a considerate lover. (Only men ever seem to worry about size, and none of my girlfriends have ever brought the topic up either, except to laugh at how insecure men are)
