2)put/call ratio: $cpc, using 10 day moving average, if $cpc==>> 1.0, it is good time to buy, if $cpc==<< 0.68, it is a good time to sell
3)check out bull/bear ratio, AAII bull/bear ratio, two of the most important sentiment measurement

up and down volume will help and also surveys are done and brokers/traders are asked the results are published
