If you're talking about the Garnier Light cream that is meant for achieving fairer and even-toned skin, then i guess you can only find it in asian countries. Like Singapore, India and such where whitening regime is a craze. (=

Are you British or American.
In Britain you're local Boots or chemist wont always stock the whole range, I use Garnier Crystal hair, a product you spray in, and only one Boots and one Tesco within a 6mile radius of me sells it.
Just keep looking, somewhere you'll find it.
