Do you think the problem is Physical as opposed to mental?
Lack of sleep?
Chemical imbalance?
Stress?
You need the cause in order to find the fix.

I think we just live in a society that continually wants more from us, you try and keep up the pace and you can't. the world is manic and everything around us moves so fast we don't have time to chill anymore, take some time for yourself, you know the old count to 10 still works.

awwww i been there done that u need to go to the doc he has plenty to get u on the rite track -don't feel bad i think 80% of Americans r on something for things like this or similar hunny

Drinking water and eating a healthy diet should help, also spend time with friends.. If that doesn't work go and see your doctor!
