"In a Sentimental Mood"---Duke Ellington and John Coltrane. I have it on a CD on loop. Not really a sleepy song, but I helps me to mellow out.

believe it or not, mine is "It's a Small World"
My uncle gave me a musical strawberry shortcake thing when I was young and I would wind it up every night and it would put me to sleep, still do that sometimes 25 years later, is that strange?
